Reservations
We provide a centralized reservation department with a state of the art computerized reservation and
golf package system. Toll free reservation service throughout the US, Canada and United Kingdom. Email response to an
average of 50 inquires daily. An experienced reservation staff knowledgeable of the properties represented and the needs
of todays vacationing public.
In addition to our training program, all reservationists are required to complete a " Hospitality Training Seminar."
Accounting
Itemized monthly accounting statements and income checks are mailed promptly on the 10th of each month. Year-end
1099 tax requirements are mailed in January of each year. Direct phone line assistance to our accounting department for account
information.
Housekeeping
Quality conscious full service housekeeping department providing the necessary care to ensure homeowner and guest
satisfaction. All housekeeping personnel are company employees which allows for increased knowledge of property condition, capability
of providing shorter stays in the off season (weekend get-aways, etc) and reasonable cost.
Maintenance
Personnel are on-call 24 hours a day to service any maintenance need whether it be an emergency repair or routine
service. Our computerized work order system will track all details of any services performed on your property as well as alert our
staff of any special requirements such as individual maintenance contracts, warranties and HOA property management contacts.
Advertising
A full spectrum of promotional advertising including direct marketing, print and electronic media coverage.
Our marketing strategies and budget will produce over 95,000 vacation rental room nights and over 20,000 rounds of golf in 2010.
